Create a Development Objective | Development objectives can be personal or professional learning to assist in your own growth. This learning could be on the job learning, learning from others, or formal learning through myY, webinars or courses. Development objectives are created at the same time as performance objectives and are worked on, discussed and documented throughout the PDR cycle. | Development |
Continuous Performance Activities | Continuous performance activities allow you to document meetings, conversations and achievements throughout the year as you work towards your performance and development objectives. | |
Requesting Feedback | As you complete activities and work with team members or managers to complete your performance and development objectives, myY allows you to request feedback from these key participants in your work life, and documents this in your performance profile. This is a great way to track your personal activity and development in myY, with feedback visible to your manager if you select that option. |
