Team Member Hub

Team Member Hub

20/5/2024 - myY has had recent updates applied. All guides are now up to date with written content and imagery. Video guides are slowly being updated to match.

Overview

The Team Member section of the myY Resource Hub is the place to go for all team members at the Y NSW to learn how to use myY.

It provides videos and instructions that educate our people on how to complete actions and tasks in myY.

How do I use the interactive QRGs?

The interactive Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) are designed to support you as you learn to navigate and use myY. The QRGs include video tutorials, step-by-step instructions, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Links to QRGs are provided throughout the myY Resource Hub where further information and instruction are required. Simply click on the links provided.

  • You can follow each QRG in order or jump to your preferred section from the menu within the QRG
  • Each guide will open in a new browser tab so you can follow the instructions as you go in myY without having to download or print anything
  • If you’re unsure of where to start, you can use the key word search function from the myY Resource Hub homepage, or the search function included in each guide
  • You can exit the QRG and return to the myY Resource Hub at any stage by closing the QRG tab in your browser
